The Bilz ThermoGrip® TOOL SECURE is an option for shrink fit chuck with a clamping range of Ø 6–32 mm, developed specifically for maximum
process reliability in demanding milling applications.
The integrated mechanical pull-out protection reliably prevents Cylindrical-shank milling Tool to DIN 1835-B – even under high axial loads.
Unlike many competing products, TOOLSecure allows the use of standard milling Tool with a cylindrical shank in accordance
with DIN 1835-B (Weldon).
No special modification of the tools is required. At the same time, all the positive properties of the shrink fit chuck are fully retained.
